A list of plugins for the universal binary version of Lightwave 9.3 and 9.6.

Lightwave 9.3 and up

SketchMesh is a free plugin that, with some limitations, allows you to sketch a retopology mesh on a background layer. Makes quick retopology work pretty easy!

T4D Rigging Tools are now available for free!

Lightwave 9.6

Lightpack by Dpont. Prolific, isn’t he? Cool collection of lights using the new 9.5 SDK. Probably the one I’m most excited about is the infinite (soft distant) light. It’s finally easy to get soft sunlight!

Pom’s Exit Portal is a new light type, used for simulating natural diffused light from a window. His light pack includes a nodal area light and info node as well.

DB&W Tools is a free pack of plugins (also listed in the UB Nodes article) with several master plugins (including Growl notifications for Lightwave renders).
