Phoneme Translation

Translate Yolo or JLipSync phonetic phoneme sets to the smaller Preston Blair or Flash phoneme groupings (see below for more).

Input should be in Magpie, Moho, or similar lipsync formats. Commented translation depends on spaces to either side of the phoneme to prevent translation of full words; tabed spacing will also work, but formating will be messed up.
